  • Form Shooting
    • 1 Hand
    • 3 Spots
    • 10 Makes per spot
  • Form Shooting
    • 2 Hands
    • 3 Spots
    • 10 Makes per spot
  • Balance Shots
    • Hops
      • 6 Spots
        • (Corner, Wing, Elbow)
      • Start in triple threat, jump over the cone and land in triple threat, Jump and shoot shot
      • Makes 10 at each spot
  • Sideline Shots
    • 6 Spots
      • (Corner, Wing, Elbow)
      • After each shot players must touch the sideline and back to spot for jump shot
      • Make 10 Shots at each shot
  • 1 Footed Balance Shots
    • 6 Spots
      • (Corner, Wing, Elbow)
    • Players start in a triple threat stance, jumps forward onto 1 foot, player must gain balance before shooting their shot
    • Alternate feet to shoot of off
  • 1 Dribble Pull up
    • Players start at the top of the key above the 3 point line
    • Players alternate directions left and right
    • I dribble and pull up for a jump shot
    • Make 10 both directions
